About Haunted (by
author) I was looking through some of my old files and I found an old Doom 2 wad I designed several years ago. Back when I was into map making. So I loaded it up and ran through it. I think it's pretty good. Especially for how old I was when I made it. Well I put a lot of work into it. I wanted to make a level that looked good visually, and was very challenging. It has plenty of badasses, as well as some clever puzzles, and traps, as well as quite a few secrets. As good as it was, I never really showed it to too many people except for a few close friends. The internet wasn't as big back then as it is today. My Review:
This is a pretty straightfoward map with lots
of action to boot. It's done pretty well, and it will keep you on your toes.
Nothing remarkable about the design or anything, but it's a pure Doom II
map thru and thru. Remember to strafe a lot and to create crossfire, that
will save your butt onehundred times over. Anyway, that's it. Check it
out.
