DOOM FOR MOBILE DEVICES

     Welcome to the Doom Wad Station mobile devices area. On the following pages I will do my best to offer help and provide links to help on getting Doom on your mobile device. I will also attempt (where possible) to explain how to play user created maps on your mobile device. In some cases (like mine), it simply isn't possible (as far as I know) to put the actual game on my phone. Some, like the EDoom for the SonyEricsson not only allow you to play the original game but also allow you to add user created levels. On the Motorola v220, which is what I have, id Software created software called Doom RPG which can be downloaded directly to your phone through Jamdat Mobile. I simply accessed the game downloads through Cingular and downloaded it that way. I'll provide more info on the Doom rpg on another page.

    There are also a large variety of websites and forums dedicated (at least in part) to mobile Dooming and I provide links to those sites as well. Finally, before moving on, I would like to ask anyone that has more knowledge than I (not too difficult, I assure you) on this subject to please email  me and fill me in on your particular solution, phone or other mobile device, etc...
