From the author:

To play put the .pk4 file in your base folder of the quake 4 directory and then type from the console::
"map ubilitus".

Please note: I had to upgrade to the newest patch for Q4 to play this.
 

My Review:

   From the moment I installed Quake 4 on  my computer, I was hooked. The gameplay was awesome and the environments were incredible. I couldn't get enough. This map brought back that same sense of "bring em on" that I got with the original game. The author of this mod did an incredible job with his environments and his gameplay. Alot of this was close quarters battling and he took his time bringing on the new weapons. I loved it. It was difficult at the beginning and continued to be difficult. When I was down to my last 20% or health or less, however, there always seemed to be a little pick me up just after the next battle. All I had to do was survive it. As I said, the gameplay was excellent but the setup was a little too linear in my opinion. That is really the only downside I could see as I played through this. On the bright side of that, I rarely found myself looking around for the next move but instead had the opportunity to be fighting the Strogg in the next area, which to be honest, is what I would rather be doing. I'm not much for solving puzzles. I like a straight up fight as compared to strollling around in empty places trying to find a secret that I missed while I was fighting.

   The download is 43 megs and in my humble opinion is worth every meg. I think that you will have a good time playing this but I wouldn't bother till you have some time on your hands because this isn't a quickie - you're definitely in it for the long haul. The author says 30-40 minutes to complete this. Maybe if you're him. I'm not. It's going to take awhile longer than that so plan on it.
