Doom Wad Station is looking for an advertiser (or advertisers) to help defray the costs of hosting for the website. So why should you consider advertising on Doom Wad Station? First, as mentioned above - there are 40,000 gamers who visit this site each month. Many of these people are those who found us through various searches on various search engines, meaning that you are not going to be showing your ads to the same 40,000 people every single month. You will be reaching a fresh audience with your message!
Secondly, we are not talking about simple banner ads here. As long as what your site wants to do does not interfere with the navigation of the site I will be more than happy to run news articles for your website, place banner ads, announcements, etc... This is great for you because you get more than just a banner ad that perhaps 1% of the users will click on - you will get multiple layers of exposure. This would be a partnership in which I would strive to give you, the sponsor, as much exposure as possible throughout the website. As you can see from the menus, the site is quite extensive (and growing) and a sponsor is much needed and can also benefit from the growth of Doom Wad Station.
Just over a year ago this site was recording approximately 1/4 the number of visitors that are arriving here on a monthly basis each month. If I could devote less time to fund raising and more time to content creation and advancement within the gaming community then that number will continue to climb.
